At MOVA, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day return window for all products in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our streamlined process ensures a quick and easy refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your MOVA account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
